The services that OUR COMPANY and any subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to as "OUR COMPANY") provide to you under the domain and sub-domains (collectively referred to as "OUR COMPANY") of OURCOMPANY.com (including and any other websites that are controlled, operated by, or otherwise affiliated with OUR COMPANY) are subject to the following Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may use any OUR COMPANY services. Any personally identifiable information that has been collected from you will immediately be removed from our system if you have not actively accepted these terms and conditions within twenty-four (24) hours of such collection.
