How long will my order take to ship?
Processing takes between 1 to 3 business days. You can expect to receive your merchandise between 4 to 10 business days depending on shipping service selected and delivery destination.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You'll get a link to the tracking history and you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door.

How do I cancel my order?

What if I need to change my address?
Once your order is fulfilled, we cannot guarantee a change in shipping address. If we are able to catch the courier in time before the package is shipped off, we can update the shipping address for you.
Does "OUR COMPANY" ship internationally?
"OUR COMPANY" is proud to ship all over the world! The default pricing on our website is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default to US Dollars on the checkout page. Delivery time will depend on your country and it's customs.
Will I be taxed and charged VAT?
We do not charge tax at our checkout. However, duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.
